This Hidden Mickey was created in 2006 by a little girl who was on a DiveQuest Tour. This is a rare Hidden Mickey, because it was created by a guest, not a cast member. The stones in the aquarium are supposed to be ballast stones from a ship.
It was reported that the Hidden Mickey was moved in early 2009. I was there in late January, 2009, and it was still in the original place, so I'm not sure. The original place was found about halfway down the walkway to the circular observation area on the second floor of the aquarium. The second report has it at the end of the circular observation area.
Update 10/2019: Yes, the Hidden Mickey was moved to the circular observation area at the end of the walkway on the second floor of the aquarium. We just visited the site and confirmed it. I believe it looks bigger than the earlier one, so I think that they added to it when they moved it.
