The monument will stand at the intersection of two road axes. Its location points to the symbolic meaning of the intersection, evoking in the people the idea of a free choice. Four separate pillars of justice will represent freedom, which is the central theme of the monument. The pillars together will shield and frame a bronze relief plaque with a text, showing faces of victims as if coming up to the surface. Igor Mosny is co-author of the monument.

Pamatnik obetiam komunizmu - dielo akademickeho sochara Igora Mosneho, tvoria styri volne stojace piliere spravodlivosti, medzi ktorymi je osadena reliefna bronzova tabuaa s anonymnymi tvarami obeti minuleho rezimu. Pamatnik je nainstalovany na mieste krizenia sa dvoch komunikacnych osi. Toto umiestnenie symbolicky predstavuje razcestie, ktore evokuje v cloveku moznost slobodnej volby.
