Red brick building occupying its own block. Located on the lawn are memorials to Confederate veterans of Cherokee County and those from Cherokee County who lost their lives in World Wars I and II. In the center above the second floor is a stopped clock. The clock says it is 1:20. We were there after 3:00 PM.
