Nobody's Listening
Jack Cartlidge
1967

One of sevral of this artists works on display around city hall. Little was found about this piece, however, the subject matter is very fitting for this government building--and some waymarking issues. The masses are not listeding to the man with the ideas. such closedminedness is unacceptable.
