Trig point on top of Mount Taylor, probably one of the most well-travelled mountain peaks in southern Canberra. It offers excellent view of Woden Valley to the north and of Tuggeranong Valley to the south.

A climb of about 160 metres from the north side and 200 metres from the south, your heart will certainly be pumping by the time you reach the top. A friend of mine once lugged a kitchen table, chairs and bbq up here to celebrate his friends father's birthday. The ranger came by during the celebrations and told them they could have used their car to get up if they had asked!
