Another combination of two signs that have nothing to do with each other. The Crosley sign is unique because of the lightning bolt that sparks through the tube.

Part of the Neon Collection at the American Sign Museum in Cincinnati, OH.
The O, G and R in the Kroger sign are original. The founder and curator of the museum, Tod Swormstedt, explained that the mercury used to make the white brighter, actually makes the letters more dull over time.
The Crosley sign has a neon lightning bolt that is filled with glass to cause a more challenging path for the electricity. The electrical path is thinner and more jagged, but I couldn't capture it in the video. You'll just have to go to Cincinnati.
