This is a time capsule I found nestled behind a WWII memorial stone. So far I can't find any info on this time capsule. Just what's written in stone. To find this time capsule head north on Rt.30 into the village of Broadalbin. When you see the 3-way intersection keep looking to your left for the WWII memorial in the pics.
