CHANGED TO FORT SUPPLY, OK. MAY 1, 1943.
This memorial is dedicated to the hard labor, sacrifice and love that went into the making of a town that played a very important and colorful part in the history of the State of Oklahoma. As we the people of the town of Fort Supply celebrate its 100th birthday, our hearts and dreams for our community remain just as big as when our young town first thrived on the western Oklahoma prairie.
