The Delft Theater, Marquette MI built in 1914. It appears to be closed but the entrance is in the rear and it is open.

"Located on West Main Street just west of Green Bay Street, this old downtown house opened in 1914 as a single screen theatre seating 650.

It has been converted into a modern five screen theatre in a historic setting and still utilizes the original marquee. " (visit link)
