This bike rack is located in the center of Vukovar, Croatia, in front of Vukovar's department store. This bike rack is interesting because this is in front of the only department store in Vukovar. Also, it is the only bike rack in the center of Vukovar. Considering the fact that Vukovar was totally destroyed in war in 1991 it is interesting how such simple object as bike rack can indicate that everything is back in normal after the atrocities of war.
