Scoops is locally owned and operated.The owner is quite the character,and has refered to himself as the "Ice Ceam Nazi" a spin off of Seinfelds' "Soup Nazi".The place is constantly busy during the summer months and there is usually a line up to the door.Awesome flavors to choose from.
