The disc in in the sidewalk right on Fish Ranch Road over the east entrance to the tunnel which is Freeway 24. It is located behind the tunnel building. The art deco structure is marked 1936. No further marks on the disc. Markings on the concrete nearby indicate E Portal Building OC 28 02830R.
