Per the caretaker at Knob Creek Museum, Bashor Mill was one of several flour mills located along the creek. It was built in 1834 and operated until 1950s - and he remembers taking some grain to this mill to be processed. The dam in the lowlands has been removed. The mill featured multiple grinding stones for high throughput, although there was some concern about the amount of flour returned for the wheat. A picture, photographs, and a model are inside the museum.

Current abandoned with no plans for renovation. It appears to be unsafe to approach the building.
