Patty Maclin is buried in the Pleasant Grove M.B. Church Cemetery. There are 20+ homemade tombstones in this cemetery. This one stood out due to the raised lettering versus engraved lettering found on most homemade tombstones.
I can only guess how this was made, but it appears the lettering was carved into a material in reverse and concrete poured on to the mold. Notice that the "J"s and "N"s are backwards.
