This bench sit sin front of a local swim club called the Jersey Wahoos along Church Road, near the border of Cherry Hill.

This is a typical bench set aside to the right of the entrance. It pays homage to Angela Hallerud. The plaque reads:

Presumably, JWBC abbreviates Jersey Wahoos Booster Club.
