Sims School District #432 was organized in 1897. It is pretty much derelict now, having served as a granary for a few years. Located in the heart of Grenfell District's early settlement activity, the school was part of many old families' lives. The sign reads: SIMS SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 432. The school has not been used for its original purpose for as far back as I can recall (over 50 years!).
