Description of Memorial:
The memorial is set into a 5.5 foot, free standing brick wall with a flat, concrete capital. It is a blue marker about 2 feet by two feet. It sits directly in front of and to the right of the main entrance of Rhawnhurst-Castor Memorial Post/Rhawnhurst caterers. It is sitting in the middle of a small patch of lawn. The post is on a narrow street completely surrounded by homes and scattered businesses.
