The row houses, not uncommon in the Bluegrass region, are the only early brick structures remaining in the town. This one is attached to Marshall Tavern (NRHP Contributing Building Waymark WM6P6G). I decided to waymark it also since it had its own National Register plaque. The optional weblink below is to the NRHP application which describes this small historical district.
