This bench is located near the half way point on the about 4.5 mile hike from King's Mountain Road to Wunderlich Park. This nice trail winds along the ridge above Bear Gulch and is relatively flat. The trail is shaded and goes through stands of Redwoods and Douglas fir. The only information about the dedication is that it was placed by the Sierra Club in memory of Clara May Lazarus
