I randomly chose one brick to photograph. Joseph B Diskin US Navy 1961 - 65 USS Cusk SS-348. The USS Cusk was a submarine that was commissioned in 1945. It was the first submarine to have a missle launched from it. It also was only 1 of 4 submarines to earn the Republic of Vietnam Unit Citation for Meritorious Gallantry. It was decommissioned in 1969 and broken up for scrap.
