This old Manor House is a stone property with a Collyweston roof. It dates from 1660 and is Grade II Listed. There are exposed beams, panelled walls, flagstone floors and leaded light windows with window seats, oak shutters and stone fireplaces in both the Drawing and Dining rooms.

The Manor House was once owned by a former Mayor of London and the Wicksteed family. Wicksteed Park is adjacent to Barton Seagrave and is now home to the famous children's park.
