Northwest of the Seville/Yettum area, can be hard to find. North of friant/kern canal, I've been reading about Evans&Sontag since I was little, went to try and find it back in the 90's but locked gates and private property limited my search. My new bosses family owns the property now, got to get up there for a cattle branding party and finally see it for myself. Nobody told me about the marker, went metal detecting, but not for long, big bull did'nt want us out there, we will go back again...
