AT WELLINGTON, LORAIN COUNTY, AT THE CROSSING OF NORTH MAIN AND EAST HERRICK STREETS, IN THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BERT WATER BLOCK, ONE FOOT EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 15.4 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF NORTH MAIN STREET, 14.2 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH CURB OF EAST HERRICK STREET, AND 2 FEET ABOVE THE CONCRETE SIDEWALK. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED WELLINGTON 1934 AND SET VERTICALLY.
