The Jolly Roger is a small fish and chips sort of restaurant right on the shores of Lake Erie. They specialize in both Perch and Walleye, both of which are fresh caught, and breaded and fried to order.
They do also offer other items such as Shrimp, Oysters, Clams, Turkey and Chicken. Sides include Waffle Fries, Onion Rings, and Cole Slaw. All of their fried foods are cooked in Canola Oil.
The Jolly Roger also offers a service where if you catch your own Walleye on the lake, and bring it in cleaned, they will bread and deep fry it, and serve it up to you with a couple of side.
They are open 7 days a week, but their hours seemed to be intentionally vague. During the winter they're open 11am to 8pm, and their Summer hours are "open daily at 11am." It seems they must close whenever things start winding down in the evening.
