This disk is located about 100 feet NNW of the N end of the bridge at the E end of the Tidal Basin (E Basin DR SW) & about 400 feet SE of the paddleboat 'marina'. The disk is about 2 feet ENE of the E edge of the sidewalk following the edge of the Basin & is flush with the ground.
