A small water crossing used to bypass the Culbertson covered bridge.

This crossing is used by heavy equipment, trucks, and tractors to help preserve the Culbertson covered bridge. As there are a couple of farms nearby it appears it was necessary to keep the historic bridge from being torn up.

The road itself is paved, though it turns to gravel leading up to the concrete water crossing. There are culverts under the concrete to allow the stream to flow when it's low.
