This bridge was designed by Conde B. McCullough and consists of a 330-foot two-hinged steel braced-spandrel deck arch.
The bridge was still structually sound but unable to deal with the increased traffic and loads so it was replaced in 2000 by a new concrete arch bridge. (WM) The bridge is now open to pedestrian traffic and offers spectacular views of the Crooked River Gorge.
