This water tank is located on Lower Bridge Road near Lower Bridge. The water tank is located next to the old mine building near Lower Bridge.

DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1971 (LDF) THIS ROUNDED STEEL WATER TANK, PAINTED YELLOW, IS LOCATED ABOUT 6.5 MILES WEST OF TERREBONNE, OREGON, ON DISUSED MINING PROPERTY OF THE DICALITE GREAT LAKES CARBON CORPORATION. IT IS SUPPORTED ON FOUR STEEL LEGS AND IS APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET HIGH. TO REACH FROM THE POST OFFICE IN TERREBONNE, GO NORTH ON U.S. HIGHWAY 97 FOR 0.5 MILE TO A SIDE ROAD ON THE LEFT. TURN LEFT AND GO WEST, FOLLOWING THE PAVED ROAD, FOR 6.3 MILES TO A BRIDGE (KNOWN LOCALLY AS LOWER BRIDGE) OVER THE DESCHUTES RIVER. CROSS BRIDGE AND CONTINUE FOR 0.3 MILE TO THE TANK, APPROXIMATELY 100 YARDS FROM THE ROAD ON THE RIGHT, NORTH, SIDE. THE POINT INTERSECTED WAS THE ROUND BALL IN THE TOP CENTER OF THE TANK.
