A very nice old courthouse in the whaleing city of Lahaina Maui.

This stone structure was built from the stones of Hale Piula. It served as a customs house during the whaling era. During the late 1800's, the building was badly damaged by an earthquake. When it was rebuilt, the county used it as a courthouse.
