The mural depicts the Morton Volunteer Fire Department taking their Steamer, pulled by a troika, to a fire. There is one firefighter riding the Steamer in addition to the driver. There is also a small Dalmatian riding with the driver. He has his arm around the Dalmatian to keep it from falling/jumping off the streamer. This is the second of 2 murals on this building.
