Punta Gorda is located at the southern end of Charlotte County, FL. This small community was devastated by Hurricane Charley in Aug 2004, but the renovations continue. There are many things to see and do here including Gilchrist and Lashley Parks along Charlotte Harbor, a walking tour of the beautiful murals in the downtown historic district and Fisherman's Village waterfront shops.
