This Starbucks is mainly a drive thru but they do have a walk-up window.
I went up to the walk-up window so I wouldn't waste gas idling in line. I also thought I would get my coffee faster (didn't work, though) plus it gave me an opportunity to view the "associates" at work.
The service was okay. They had several employees but they didn't run the operation as smoothly as I've seen in other Starbucks. Maybe they were new employees. They were trying to move quickly so it's no biggie.
My beverage was placed on the walk-up counter and the person walked away before I could say anything. I waited a moment and then started asking if I could have a straw and some napkins. I didn't have anyone's attention even though the were 8 feet away.
Finally, someone noticed me and quickly gave me a straw.
My peppermint mocha was very good so all is forgiven.

Drive-thru with one walk-up window. Small patio area. There weren't any tables or chairs but I visited in January so maybe nicer weather brings them out. I hope so because they offer Wi-Fi and how else would you use it if there isn't a seat.
The bldg is free-standing, small and cute.

Service mediocre but they were trying hard so I won't hold it against them. The exterior was pleasant and there isn't an interior available for customers. My peppermint mocha was made very well. Yummy.
