The movie Maximum Overdrive is about about a comet, Rhea-M that the Earth passes into that for the next eight days, five hours, twenty-nine minutes, and twenty-three seconds makes anything mechanical go crazy.
This scene is in the middle of "Maximum Overdrive" where we meet Deke played by Holter Graham as he rides his bike from the baseball practice and realizes things aren't right. After his coach and team are attacked by a crazy soda machine and chased by a piece of construction equipment he jumps on his bike to get away. He quickly leaves the baseball field and rides down a street where the sprinklers start turning on. As he turns around to look at them they turn off.
This is the scene where Deke sees an ice cream truck driving by itself toward him. He ducks behind bushes in front of a house and watches it pass by. Then as he gets up to ride away he is chased by a crazy lawnmower (scene submitted as another waymark).
