Guana Island, is the sixth largest of the British Virgin Islands. It is named for an iguana-shaped rock formation on its northwestern coast and is just off the northern coast of Tortola. Guana Island is privately owned. The entire island is a wildlife sanctuary and boasts at least 50 species of birds.
