Description of Memorial: This is a simple granite marker on the north bank of the Ohio River, inside the flood wall, near the Mural of the Stars, and an Ohio Historical Marker, with a commanding vista of the Ohio River and Kentucky on the opposite shore. Access is through one of the gate openings on Front street where the famed Dafford Floodwall Murals are displayed.
