The Arroyo De En Medio Pedestrian Bridge in Half Moon Bay, California was originally a concrete arch design that had failed some time ago. The local government proceeded to plan for it's replacement back in 2002 with funds generated from a local .25 cent transportation tax. The bridge was then estimated to cost around $148,000.
Head north from the intersection of I-92 (San Mateo/Half Moon Bay Rd) and I-1 (Cabrillo Hwy) approximately 2.2 miles towards the town of Miramar, then 0.31 miles south-west along Mirada Rd. The bridge is along a pedestrian pathway approximately 100 feet towards the north.
