I happen to have close friends whom have worked at this factory. It is still in operation, still canning shrimp, although most is now freezing, there is still some limited canning. Building has been rebuilt at least once from hurricane damage. Large plant, it is actually located between Highway 56 and Boudreaux Canal Rd. just north of the Boudreaux Floodgate.
