One could argue that this is my local butcher shop, as it is the only one within 20Km of my house. This one is located within Clarence Town, a small country town, about 50Km north of Newcastle and 25Km east of Maitland. I'm not exactly sure how old the shop itself is, but I'm thinking it's been in the same location and building for quite some time.
Unfortunately the owner doesn't believe in having a name on his shop front (It might have something to do with being the only one in town?), but he does have a picture of himself (well a characterture at least) on the side of the building.
This waymark also happens to be co-located with a Geocache of mine called Rubber Dub Dub ... the Butcher (GC1JQ04).
