This is a pretty typical town clock fabricated to have that "antique" or old town feel. This city has dubbed itself "The Gateway to the Shore" and certainly has that small town meets the shore town feel.

The clock is unusual in one aspect: It is not located in the center of town or along a "Main Street". Instead, it is located in a very rural-like area at an intersection. There is plenty of green space which surrounds the clock as well as plenty of along-the-side-of-the-road parking.

The clock has four faces and inscribed below each of the four faces are the names of the people, organizations and businesses whose generous contributions made the clock and its dedication possible. The town has a very comprehensive web site which belies its size (small town, big ideas): (visit link)
