Bronze disk located on the 21st Street (Richard Arrington Blvd.) side of the Jefferson County Courthouse, approximately 3 feet north of the granite cornerstone (Cornerstone inscribed: ERECTED ANNO DOMINI 1929) beneath the pedestrian crossover.
