The bronze monument is a life-size sculpture of two soldiers just off the march about to enjoy a simple meal. They could be from either side of the opposing armies in the Civil War. The monument is at the entryway of The Museum of the Civil War Soldier at Pamplin Historical Park near Petersburg, Virginia.
