The historic Ferry Landing for Auckland is at The Ferry Building on Quay St at Queens in downtown Auckland, New Zealand.
The building was designed by Alex Wiseman and completed in 1912. Thanks to later renovations, done from 1986-1988, the Ferry Building is still serving as the Auckland Harbour ferry terminal.
The beautifully designed Sandstone and Brick building sits in striking contrast to the many modern skyscrapers. The saturated colors make the building pop-out.
The building has many little shoppes and features the Harbourside Seafood Bar and Grill.
