Crane Creek Vineyards is a small winery in the beautiful northeast Georgia mountains. Nearby hilltops and distant peaks provide the setting for the sloping lands on which the vineyard, processing buildings, and tasting room are located.

There are twelve acres of vines planted on the premises, growing a mix of European and American grapes, both traditional and hybrid. Varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin, Seyval Blanc, and Chardonel. Wines produced each year are dependent on the success of each grapes' growth. All harvest, crushing, fermentation, aging, and bottling occur on site.

The tasting room is open Tuesday through Saturday year round, open at 11 AM, closed at 6 PM (though they close an hour earlier January through March.) Wine can be tasted, bought by the glass, or by the bottle; a porch outside overlooking the vineyard is a great spot to enjoy a glass. There is also a small gourmet gift shop. Visitors are free to wander through the vineyard to admire the grapes, or to check out the pond near the bottom of the hill.
