This trig is only at an altitude of 71 metres ASL, but provides a great view of Port Kembla and the coast.
The Trig Station is located on top of Hill 60, a World War II naval gun implacement for the protect of Port Kembla against attack from the Japanese.
The guns were removed some years after the end of the war with Japan and is to day what you see in my photos.
Hill 60 Trig Station is just to the north of the Trig Station on top Windang Island, another trig uploaded by me.
