The entrance to the shelter is in the alley otherwise named West Marble Place. It's an iron reinforced door which is set at an angle in the wall with what looks like a heavily reinforced loading bay of some kind right next to it. I can't tell at this point if radiation monitoring equipment is located in there. It's amazing how many people walk past this location everyday without batting an eyelid at the sign just off to the side of the main thoroughfare.
