The ramp is on the north end of Silver Lake, near I-75 and U.S. 50.
At the ramp parking there are covered picnic tables, restrooms and trails going north and south along the river.
Lake water levels will generally be sufficient for power boats. At times the river may be very shallow especially under the I-75 overpass, limiting downstream travel for prop driven boats.
