The memorial lists the names of those from Haralson Co. that were killed, the conflict and the dates of the wars. The memorial also has the seals of the four braches of the armed forces (Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force).

Description of Memorial:
Located in a triangular shaped park. There is a pair of 81 MM mortars at the point, memorial plaques to Sgt. Roy Barry League and Sgt. Jerome Lowe.
