Location of Tower: S. Maple St. & Colburn Dr., Mulberry Grove.
An Abrams Tank veterans memorial is right next to this tower.
Appears to be radio or TV dishes and antenna attached to the tower.Maybe a combination of police, radio, TV, etc.
