Observation Rock located in Mt Rainier National Park is accessed by the Mowich entrance. Hike up through Spray Park and across the Flett Glacier/Snow Fields. As you encounter the bottom side of the rock keep to the left/north side circling 3/4 of the way around and arriving at a red lava rock saddle. Then you should find a rough trail which you can follow switch backing across the red rock terrain to the top. On top you will locate a Benchmark with the elevation stamped in 8376 ft above sea level.
