Starbucks inside Safeway makes a good treat while grocery shopping, because the Safeway grocery carts have cup holders !

Review:
It's a non-cozy environment in a neglected corner of the store, but the option of fresh hot coffee while grocery shopping makes this a worthwhile stop.
